The Brief

Babbage Insight is a B2B AI company helping businesses harness the power of artificial intelligence to generate insights from complex internal data, and make smarter, faster decisions.

Their product is built for modern, forward-looking teams navigating huge volumes of siloed information, whether in operations, growth, or decision science.

We were brought in to shape the foundational pitch strategy: refine the value proposition, build the sales deck, improve the brand’s digital presence, and bring structure to LinkedIn content for both the company and founder.

The most interesting part of this project was also the hardest: the category itself.

B2B AI is a fast-moving, slightly fuzzy space, and many early-stage companies struggle to explain what they do, who they’re for, and how they’re different. The job here was not just to "polish" existing content, but to step in as early collaborators in shaping the narrative and helping the team find its commercial voice.

The Approach

The Approach

We focused on three tracks: sales, digital presence, and thought leadership.

  • Sales Strategy & Deck
    We created a comprehensive sales strategy document that laid out:

    • The key buying personas

    • Priority pain points by function (e.g., operations leads, product heads, analysts)

    • A narrative arc for outbound pitches

    • Suggested deal structures for initial conversations

  • From that foundation, we built a sales deck designed to communicate Babbage’s capabilities clearly — without leaning on jargon. The structure was sharp, visual, and tailored to the real questions a prospect might ask.

  • Website Revamp
    We outlined a full plan for revamping the website — with clear recommendations on:

    • Site structure

    • Content hierarchy

    • Visual language

    • Messaging dos & don’ts

  • The execution was done in collaboration with the brand’s in-house designer, ensuring the final output felt true to their DNA but aligned with modern SaaS storytelling.

  • LinkedIn Content (Brand + Founder)
    Lastly, we built and ran a content track for LinkedIn — covering both the Babbage handle and the founder’s personal page. Our work included:

    • Channel strategy

    • Content themes & messaging buckets

    • Writing and publishing content directly

  • The idea was to build recall and clarity — one post at a time.
