Helium is a real estate brand that’s reimagining what it means to rent a home in India.

Instead of overwhelming tenants with broker-driven listings or pushing homeowners into months of uncertainty, Helium offers a fully digital, trust-first rental experience  with curated properties, verified listings, and guaranteed rent for five years.

We were brought in to shape the visual identity and website  and to translate the brand’s philosophy into a system that felt modern, premium, and personal.

This wasn’t just about making a real estate site look better, it was about changing how the category feels.

Renting a home is stressful. It’s packed with friction, paperwork, false listings, and a huge trust gap between tenants and homeowners. Helium wanted to eliminate that stress  and our job was to ensure that it came through in every pixel, every word, and every scroll.

The brand needed to look sleek, but not sterile. Premium, but not intimidating. Confident, but approachable. That balance defined every creative decision.

We took a full-stack approach to brand building  covering everything from narrative to execution:

  • Brand Concept Note
    We started, as always, with a brand concept, not  a single-source-of-truth that distilled Helium’s mission, values, personas, and personality into one cohesive narrative. This helped us ground all further decisions in strategy, not just taste.

  • Logo & Visual Identity
    The identity system was built around Helium’s core proposition: real homes, real people, zero stress. We created a logo and design language that felt crisp, minimal, and mobile-first  drawing inspiration from modern tech-forward brands, but staying rooted in trust and warmth.
    The design was led by Vishakha, who brought in strong clarity, structure, and taste to the visual layer.

For now, the engagement is wrapped  but as Helium grows across markets and product lines, we’re excited to support them on future tracks: new city launches, campaign design, and more product storytelling.
