The Brief
The Brief
TroopFit is a fitness brand that brings together strength training, functional workouts, and holistic health practices under one roof. Built for a growing community of health-conscious professionals in the 25–45 age group, the brand’s goal is simple: make fitness structured, engaging, and part of everyday life.
We were brought in to help TroopFit streamline its social media execution, with a focus on creating systems that brought consistency, creativity, and clarity to their Instagram presence.

The Challenge
The Challenge
While TroopFit had the ambition and the audience, what it lacked was a smooth content engine.
The challenges were familiar:
Delayed approvals
Missed posting windows
Gaps in communication across teams
No clear system to tie everything together
This was also a new domain for us, fitness and training — and that made the work even more exciting. We had plenty of creative ideas for how to bring energy and structure to the brand, but we had to do it while improving processes, not just the output.

The Approach
The Approach
We stepped in to own the process end-to-end. Here’s what we built:
Brand Concept Note
We started by drafting a concise concept note to ground the visual direction, brand tone, and content types. This helped align all stakeholders on how the brand should feel and show up online, energetic, accessible, and community-led.Creative Direction
We offered detailed direction on how TroopFit’s reels and static creatives should look, from colors and pacing to typography and tone. Every piece was designed to feel dynamic and purposeful, without losing the warmth that makes TroopFit a people-first brand.Content Planning & Briefing
We created monthly content calendars with clear objectives and themes, supported by well-structured creative briefs for every asset. This brought a much-needed rhythm to the process, so that ideation, design, feedback, and posting were no longer disconnected tasks.Execution Workflow
Beyond content, we improved stakeholder communication by setting up a tighter feedback loop and review process. Fewer back-and-forths, better alignment, and faster turnarounds.

The Outcome
The Outcome
TroopFit now has a clear, repeatable system for social media, with a calendar that’s consistent, deliverables that are timely, and creative that aligns with their brand’s core energy.
What started as an effort to improve execution has evolved into a strategic rhythm, giving the brand a strong foundation to build on as it scales its community and content formats.

What’s Next?
What’s Next?
The current engagement is complete, but we’re still connected with the team and would love to collaborate again, especially as new channels, formats, or campaigns come into play. We love organising, scheduling, executing smoothly and staying on top of things, and this project is proof that a well-run system can be the creative team’s best friend.
